And wealth of interpersonal skills. Morgan has 6 years corporate experience in Construction industry. As a Project Manager in a Construction company, Morgan gained extensive exposure to business planning, strategy, and corporate finance. He also gained experience in customer care, relationship marketing, product management and market development. Morgan is responsible for finance and strategy in Shumisanani.

Lehlohonolo has relevant experience having worked for Facilities Company under Kopanong J.V. he was responsible for all the maintenance work of 9 Government building .Lehlohonolo is practical, analytical and has a natural capacity for the problem solving. He is thus the ideal person to take charge of operational management in our company.

Fiona ensure that the company operates with efficiency. She makes sure that we hire the right people that will fit well with the company culture. She plays a key role in helping the company to find solutions that will meet the demands of both management and staff this helps the company to have a positive work environment free of many problems and conflicts. Fiona manages the information, performance and expectations of everyone within the organization and make necessary corrections to benefit the organization.

Dudu has a National diploma in Operation Management. She ensures commitment to service, Quality, Excellence is maintained and constantly upgraded. She brings an element of knowledge to the company and broadens the experience of our management team to the benefit of our clients. Dudu is raised in South Africa with extensive experience in the local trends and needs of the market. Dudu reviews financial statements, sales and activity report, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement. Dudu is not only the Deputy Managing Director of the company but also a major shareholder.

Belinda ensure that the company have enough money to meet daily and future obligation. She rewards top performers with salary increases and promotions.
